Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:
Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. If it takes longer, please allow an additional 2 weeks. If your package still has not arrived after this time, contact us at christianliteofficial@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?:
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at christianliteofficial@gmail.com.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?:
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

(If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at christianliteofficial@gmail.com. with your order number.)

Lost Package:
If your package is lost, we will issue a full refund. If you still wish to receive the product, you will need to place a new order.

Failed Delivery Attempt:
If your package could not be delivered, please rest assured it will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point, where it will remain for a specific period, as determined by the pick-up location's policy. However, if the package is not collected in time and is returned to the warehouse, We can arrange to send your package back to you, but please note that shipping costs would need to be covered on your end. If you prefer not to proceed with re-shipping, we won’t be able to issue a refund, and the items in your package will be repurposed.

Wrong Address:
If you provided the wrong address, please contact us at christianliteofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will assist you in correcting it.

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us within 20 hours of placing it at christianliteofficial@gmail.com. We will cancel the shipping process, and you will receive a full refund

Do I Need to Pay Extra Fees?:
No, there are no additional fees added to your order. Extra fees typically apply when products are shipped from outside your continent. However, our print-on-demand factories are located within the regions we serve, which include Europe and North America (the U.S., Canada, and Mexico). This allows us to offer local production and shipping without added costs
